REPORT OF THE CAN’S SPRING CONFERENCE : Councillor Armstrong attended this meeting and reported that Community Action Northumberland is turning itself into a Charity. The NCC’s magazine Northumberland News will now not be published and delivered to every household on a monthly basis. They will be issuing a quarterly, electronic version to residents who sign up for this.
